Y es que ayer la Segunda Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) le otorgó un amparo a Ricardo Salinas, para reducir un crédito fiscal de 646 millones de pesos por impuestos federales omitidos en el ejercicio de 2011.
Con tres votos a favor y dos en contra, la SCJN determinó que el tercer hombre más rico de México, no aplicó deducciones de manera indebida, como muestra la sentencia del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa (TFJA).
Los Ministros Alberto Pérez Dayán, Yasmín Esquivel y Javier Láynez, votaron a favor de conceder el amparo a la empresa de telecomunicaciones de Salinas Pliego. Mientras que Luis María Aguilar y Lenia Batres, votaron en contra para negar el amparo.

Por lo que tras de esta resolución, el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa (TFJA) le ordenará al SAT que calcule nuevamente la deuda de las empresas de Salinas Pliego, tomando en cuenta las deducciones avaladas por la SCJN.
En 2011, Total Play declaró ingreso acumulable de 4 mil 313 millones de pesos, pero sus deducciones sumaron 6 mil 79 millones de pesos. Además, las empresas de Ricardo Salinas, tienen un litigio fiscal en proceso por 858 millones de pesos de 2012.
